摘  要：古语道：学校者，文明进化之泉源也。学校发展是一个永恒却又崭新的课题，也是国家文明进步的重要介质。“跨越式发展”是在遵循发展规律的前提下，实现目标的超常规快速发展。作为学校管理者，想要实现学校的跨越式发展，就要站在科学发展的高度努力研究探索、勇于创新、开拓进取，积极寻找学校发展又好又快的新思路、新方法。笔者从实现学校跨越式发展的重要性出发，以学校管理者的角度，浅谈了几点关于本校跨越式发展的想法和思路。

“Together Across the Future”

——Strategic Research on Promoting the Leapfrog Development of Schools

【Abstract】As the old saying goes： the school is the fountain of civilization evolution. School development is an eternal but new subject，and it is also an important medium for the progress of national civilization. "Leapfrog development" is an unconventional and rapid development to achieve the goal on the premise of following the development law. As a school manager，if you want to realize the great leap forward development of the school，you must stand at the height of scientific development，strive to research and explore，be brave in innovation，forge ahead，and actively look for new ideas and methods for the sound and rapid development of the school. Starting from the importance of realizing the leapfrog development of the school，the author discusses some ideas and ideas about the leapfrog development of the school from the perspective of school managers.

伴随着国家教育改革的深入，作为教育发展的重要载体——学校，能否跟紧改革发展步伐、实现跨越式发展，是关乎一所学校未来发展的重要因素。校长在学校跨越式发展中承担着十分重要的管理角色，更应具备前瞻性眼光贯彻落实科学管理精神，坚持以人为本的办学思想，实现学校全面协调、可持续的跨越式大发展。

比如，从本校基础设施建设来看，本学校校园布局合理，教学区、生活区、运动区合理分布，校门周边整洁、美观。在上级的支持下，自2015年至今学校共投入五千多万元进行软硬件建设，为学校的跨越式发展奠定了坚实的物质基础。此外，区域教育整体高位发展是推进学校跨越式发展的引领和保障。当地政府始终把优先发展教育事业摆在重要位置，建立了一套稳定的长效机制。各级党委政府和主管部门高度重视本校的发展建设，把它列为建设“教育强县”的重点工作。……
