摘  要：伴随着社会的高速发展，人们的生活节奏越来越快，并且带来的压力也越来越大，这样快节奏、快生活的环境导致幼儿园的教育内容也受到了一定影响。“慢”教育理念要求园方、家长改变早期教育中这一现象，通过教学理念的调整、活动内容的变化，不断完善幼儿的教育内容，提升教育质量，尊重幼儿的天性，避免超前教育违背了幼儿的发展规律，将“慢”教育的优势充分展示出来，构建高效率的幼儿园教育活动。

Analysis on the Model of Kindergarten's Homeland Co-education under the "Slow" Educational Concept

【Abstract】With the rapid development of society，people's life rhythm is getting faster and faster，and the pressure brought by them is also increasing. Such a fast-paced and fast-living environment has caused the educational content of kindergartens to be affected to a certain extent. The "slow" education concept requires the kindergarten and parents to change this phenomenon in early education. Through the adjustment of teaching concept and the change of activity content，they can continuously improve the content of children's education，improve the quality of education，respect the nature of children，avoid that advanced education violates the law of childrens development，fully demonstrate the advantages of "slow" education，and build efficient kindergarten education activities.

由于社會发展给人们带来了巨大的压力，生活、办公节奏快成为生活中常见的情况。幼儿阶段的孩子处于发展的黄金期，过快的教育、生活节奏对他们而言，并不符合幼儿的生理以及心理需求。因此，将速度放慢，充分尊重幼儿的天性，以他们生长的自然规律为主，避免出现“拔苗助长”的情况，正是慢教育理念所倡导的内容。家园共育是促进幼儿成长的有效方法，将这一理念和家庭教育相结合，才能达到理想中的目标。

（1）建立正确的观念，明确自身位置

好的教育需要家庭和学校的共同努力，幼儿教育也是如此。在进行教学活动的时候，教师和家长要处于平等的地位，并且在家园共育的背景下，二者更应呈现一种合作的关系。但由于教育群体存在一定的特殊性，因此，双方在展开教学活动的时候，对其教育时间、方式有很大差别，在这种情况下，教师和家长应当各司其职，调整教学理念，明确自身的工作内容和所处的位置，保证幼儿的能力可以得到稳定提升。……
