摘  要：物流管理专业认同，是物流管理专业学生专业能力发展和专业人才培养质量的前提和基础。来自江苏师范大学175位物流管理专业学生的问卷调查数据证实：物流管理专业认同度处于中高水平，分维度水平不平衡;除了认知性认同度，男生专业认同度及其他三个分维度认同度显著高于女生，自主选择生源和他人选择生源的专业认同度及其他三个分维度认同度显著高于调剂生源;大二学生专业认同度显著低于其他三个年级学生。因此，应着重提升物流管理专业学生的适切性认同度，同时重点强化女生、调剂生源和大二学生的专业认同度。

Abstract： The professional identification of logistics management major is the precondition and foundation for students' professional ability development and professional talent training in logistics industry. The questionnaire-survey data from 175 students majoring in logistics management at Jiangsu Normal University（JSNU）confirms that：（1）the professional identification of logistics management major is generally at a medium-to-high level， and the level of sub-dimensions is unbalanced;（2）other than the cognitive identification， male students' overall professional identification and the other three sub-dimensions are significantly higher than those of female students;（3）other than the cognitive identification， the overall professional identification and the other three sub-dimensions of students who chose their major by themselves or parents are significantly higher than those of students whose major are transferred;（4）the professional identification of sophomore students is significantly lower than that of students in the other three grades. Accordingly， we should focus on improving the fitness of students majoring in logistics management， and simultaneously pay more attention to strengthening professional identification of female students， the major-transferred students， and the sophomores.

大學生专业认同，是指大学生个体在了解与认知所学专业的基础上表现出的对所学专业的接受和认可以及外在行为和内心的适切[1]，是一个描述和刻画大学生个体对所学专业在情感、态度、认知和行为投入方面的动态移入变量[2]，综合反映大学生个体与所学专业内心保持一致程度的主观感受[3]，将直接关系大学生的专业能力发展和高等教育专业人才培养质量。专业认同度，即是对大学生专业认同的程度和水平的度量。

作为国民经济发展的动脉和基础，物流产业正在全球范围内如火如荼地发展。社会经济发展对物流的旺盛需求，对高校培养物流管理人才和物流技术人才在规模和质量上均提出要求。……
