摘  要：供给侧结构性改革背景下，广西面临智慧物流行业供给侧改革、促进企业创新发展问题，使广西企业转型升级持续发展壮大。文章针对供给侧改革下智慧物流发展问题进行研究，明确供给侧改革与智慧物流的关系，结合广西区域经济发展及物流布局特点，提出供给侧结构性改革背景下广西智慧物流发展路径与对策。

Abstract： Under the background of the supply-side structural reform， Guangxi is faced with the supply-side reform of the smart logistics industry and the problem of promoting the innovation and development of enterprises， so as to make the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in Guangxi grow stronger and sustainable. This paper studies the development of smart logistics in the context of supply-side reform， clarifies the relationship between supply-side reform and smart logistics， and puts forward the development path and countermeasures of smart logistics in Guangxi under the background of supply-side structural reform in combination with the characteristics of regional economic development and logistics layout in Guangxi.

1  广西智慧物流行业现状

1.1  广西出台促进智慧物流行业文件

2015年国家出台《国务院关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》（國发【2015】40号），为适应供给侧结构性改革需要，有效降低企业成本，提高全要素生产率，2016年出台了《“互联网+”高效物流实施意见》（改经贸【2016】1647号）。广西2018年出台《广西数字经济发展规划（2018～2025年）》，积极推动数字产业集聚发展，利用中国—东盟信息港平台，重点培育发展大数据、云计算、人工智能、物联网、区块链、集成电路、智能终端制造、软件和信息技术、北斗卫星导航等数字产业，超前布局未来网络等新兴前沿领域。……
