摘  要 对已有专业学位研究生实践基地建设模式进行分析总结，对专业学位研究生实践基地建设路径展开探讨，结合山西大同大学工程硕士资源与环境类别对专业学位研究生的培养实践，探索建立“一个培养目标、二个培养空间、三个建设层次、四个责任主体、五个研究领域”的产教融合实践基地建设模式。

Abstract This paper analyzes and summarizes the construction mode of the existing practice base for professional degree postgraduates， discusses the construction path of the practice base for professional degree postgraduates， and explores and establishes “one training goal，two training space， three construction levels， four responsibility sub-jects， combined with the training practice of master of engineering resources and environment of Shanxi Datong University “Five re-search fields” mode of practice base construction.

0 引言

山西大同大学地处晋、冀、蒙国家能源基地中心——山西省大同市。山西省委省政府2018年提出“争当能源革命排头兵，开创转型发展新局面”的发展战略，在资源型城市经济转型发展之路上迈出更坚定的步伐，大同市也正逐步实现从“煤老大”到“能源革命排头兵”的里程碑式过渡，但大多数能源企业在工程技术方向上人才匮乏的问题普遍存在，有大量的高学历、高层次人才缺口。山西大同大学2018年通过教育部核查获批为硕士学位授予单位，同意从2019年起开展招生、培养和学位授予工作，首批学位点包括专业硕士学位工程硕士矿业工程领域，2019年调整为工程硕士资源与环境类别。山西大同大学工程硕士从国家需求、山西省及大同市转型发展的大背景、服务地方的办学定位、学科特点等方面精准定位学科发展、人才培养目标，努力实现为区域、地方培养大量高水准专业硕士人才。
