【摘    要】在基础教育中，课程标准是实施教学与评价的主要参考依据，近几年中考数学试卷明确表明，命题将以课程标准为依据。本文以韦伯一致性分析模式为基础，论述初中数学课程标准与中考数学试卷一致性分析方法，并以北京、天津、南京、重庆、深圳五个城市的2019年中考试卷为例，进行一致性分析实践，为中考数学试卷命题优化提供建议。

Analysis on the Consistency between Mathematics Curriculum Standard and Mathematics Test Paper in Junior Middle School

【Abstract】In the basic education， the curriculum standard is the main reference basis for the implementation of teaching and evaluation.In recent years， the mathematics middle school examination clearly shows that the proposition is based on curriculum standard.Based on Weber's consistency analysis model，this paper discusses the consistency analysis method between junior high school mathematics curriculum standard and middle school mathematics test paper，and takes the 2019 examination paper of five cities as an example to carry out consistency analysis practice.To provide suggestions for the optimization of mathematical test papers.

一、初中數学课程标准与中考数学试卷一致性分析方法

在一致性分析中，常用的一致性分析模式包括韦伯分析模式、SEC分析模式及Achieve分析模式。

1.韦伯分析模式，以“金字塔”式课程内容目标体系为基础，研究维度包括知识种类、知识深度、知识广度及知识分布平衡性四部分，在课程标准与中考试卷一致性分析中，研究信度较高，研究精度较好，是SEC分析模式及Achieve分析模式的基础。

2.SEC分析模式，将学习内容与认知要求二维矩阵为基础，通过数据统计与整理，进行一致性P值计算与分析，分析内容相对粗放，结果局限性较高，适用于不同地区的学业评价。

3.Achieve分析模式，以深度质化方法为基础，邀请学科专家学者及教师组成编码小组，分析试卷题目与课程标准的匹配水平、试卷的知识水平难度、试卷知识分布的平衡性及知识广度，分析的难度较高，分析结果受主观影响较大。

二、初中数学课程标准与中考数学试卷一致性分析实践

综合对比上述三种分析模式，本文选择韦伯分析模式开展一致性分析。……
