【摘    要】时代的进步推动了教育形式的改革，为促进教育改革顺利开展，中小学教师在改变教学方式的同时，还要注重自身教学质量与核心素养的提升。本文将简述当前中小学教师的教育理念与职业素养，并基于终身教育视角提升教师核心素养，提出教师应增加知识储备量、增强信息意识强度、提高知识总结能力、强化职业道德素养、广泛收集意见与评价等建议，以供相关人员参考。

Analyze the Improvement of Primary and High School Teachers' Core Literacy Based on the Perspective of Lifelong Education

【Abstract】The progress of the times has promoted the reform of educational forms. In order to promote the smooth development of educational reforms， while changing teaching methods， teachers in primary and high schools must also pay attention to the improvement of their own teaching quality and core literacy. This article will briefly describe the current education concepts and professional literacy of teachers in primary and high schools， and improve the core literacy of teachers based on the perspective of lifelong education. It is proposed that teachers should increase the amount of knowledge reserves， enhance the intensity of information awareness， improve knowledge summarization capabilities， strengthen professional ethics， and collect extensive suggestions such as opinions and evaluations for reference by relevant personnel.

改革开放以后，国家大力推进素质文化教育，以提高人民群众的文化素质和综合素养，同时，也格外注重基层教育的培养力度。中小学教师的言行举止对学生有一定的影响，若加强对教师的素质培养，可进一步引导学生形成正确的人生价值观。

一、当前中小学教师的教育理念与职业素养

中小学教师在学生学习中扮演着引导学生成长和发展的重要角色，对营造课堂学习氛围、传授学生知识、组织班级纪律、开展实践活动有相应的指导责任。为切实践行陶行知教育理念，需要提高中小学教师的教育理念和职业素养。当前课堂情况是教师与学生的沟通不到位，由于缺乏有效的交流，致使学生无法很好地理解课程内容，极大地降低了学生的学习质量。若教师缺乏先进的教育理念与良好的专业素养将无法完全理解透彻教育精神，亦不能确定正确的教学目标，这会影响学生的学习效率，不利于学生成长为栋梁之材。……
