【摘    要】在学生的思想道德教育中，對学生进行心理健康教育，是对学生进行思想教育的核心问题。只有让学生心里充满阳光，他们才能保持以积极健康的心态看待事物，正面分析和思考问题。在实际的教学过程当中，教师需要制定切实可行的计划制度，保证对学生的心理健康教育落到实处。具体教学环节中，对学生的一言一行进行规范，始终以社会主义核心价值的标准要求他们，让他们把自己的思想言行和国家的繁荣昌盛密切结合起来，以民族复兴之梦为己任，做一个有担当、有作为的人。

A Brief Talk on Students' Mental Health Education and Ideological and Moral Education

【Abstract】In the ideological and moral education of students， mental health education for students is the core issue of ideological education for students. Only when students' hearts are filled with sunshine can they maintain a positive and healthy attitude towards things， analyze and think about problems positively. In the actual teaching process， teachers need to formulate a practical plan system to ensure that the mental health education of students is implemented. In the specific teaching links， the students’ words and deeds are standardized， and they are always required to be based on the standards of socialist core values， so that they can closely integrate their thoughts， words and deeds with the prosperity of the country， and take the dream of national rejuvenation as their mission， be a responsible and effective person.

学生的思想道德教育，涉及的面非常广阔。日常生活中学生的言谈举止都能牵扯到思想教育的内容，教师要结合思想政治课的内容，对学生进行全方位的思想道德教育。首先要培养他们成为一个讲文明懂礼貌，诚实守信的好学生，其次还要培养他们具有勤劳朴素的品质，然后培养他们具有与人友善、助人为乐、活泼开朗的好性格，成为一个心中充满阳光的好少年。心中充满阳光，那么他们的心理就是积极健康的，他们的思想就充满着正能量。

一、教育学生讲文明讲礼貌，培养诚实守信的品质

文明礼貌是中华民族五千年来所传承的美好品德，我们应该继续把它发扬光大，并且养成一个良好的习惯。在社会主义精神文明建设过程中，文明、礼貌、诚实、守信，是每一个学生必须坚守的内容，不能因为改革开放以后各种新思潮走进国门就有所动摇。……
