【摘    要】随着现如今我国整体社会经济体制的不断革新，易地扶贫搬迁工作频繁进行，如何解决易地扶贫搬迁区学生的心理健康问题成为众多教育研究人员着重关注的一项问题。准确掌握学生实际心理健康发展特点及趋势，并选取、应用一些适宜的心理健康教学策略和方法，对消除学生个人心理问题，形成正确的价值观具有重要意义。同时，有针对性地对易地扶贫搬迁学生进行心理教育，可以在一定程度上帮助学生树立正确的三观，进而全面提高学生的综合素质。

Strategies and Methods of Mental Health Education for Students in Ex Situ Poverty Alleviation and Relocation Areas

【Abstract】With the continuous innovation of China's overall social and economic system， the relocation work of ex situ poverty alleviation is carried out frequently. How to solve the mental health problems of students in ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation areas has become a problem that many education researchers focus on. It is of great significance to accurately grasp the characteristics and trends of students' actual mental health development， and to select and apply some appropriate mental health teaching strategies and methods to eliminate students' personal psychological problems and form correct values. At the same time， targeted psychological education for the ex situ poverty alleviation and relocated students can help them to establish correct three outlooks to a certain extent， and then improve their comprehensive quality.

对于教育者来说，选取恰当的心理教育手段，帮助学生克服心理问题，进而引导其找到正确的人生发展方向至关重要。本文从易地扶贫搬迁区学生心理健康现状以及易地扶贫搬迁区学生心理健康教育的具体应用策略这两方面出发，展开相关分析，提出一些策略，以供参考。

一、易地扶贫搬迁区学生心理健康现状

（一）性格较为孤僻、自卑

通过分析现有易地扶贫搬迁子女的个人信息情况，在大多数学校中易地扶贫搬迁子女分布主要以建档立卡学生为主，这些学生大多来自不同的贫困村.造成学生家庭困难的原因主要是家庭遭受突发性的打击，还有一些学生由于自身条件而缺少足够的父母关爱，从而使这些贫困家庭的孩子在性格上表现为孤僻、自卑的状态，在与别人交往时也不善于表达自己的内心想法，一些学生甚至对与人交往产生恐惧心理。……
