摘  要：本文以云南大学实物档案的开发利用工作为对象展开实证问卷调查，借助SPSS软件对实物档案开发利用影响因素的问卷数据进行统计，以描述性分析、配对样本分析、IPA方格法等理论工具对影响指标进行了综合评价，并结合IPA方格法进行现状和原因分析，找出了高校实物档案开发利用工作存在的诸如工作意识不足、业务定位不准、资源总量不多、管理方式不佳等问题。

Abstract： This paper takes the development and utilization of physical archives of Yunnan University as the object to carry out an empirical questionnaire survey. With the help of SPSS software， the questionnaire data of the factors affecting the development and utilization of physical archives is counted. Theoretical tools such as descriptive analysis， paired sample analysis， IPA grid method， etc. The impact indicators were comprehensively evaluated， combined with the IPA grid method to analyze the status quo and reasons， and found out the problems of the development and utilization of physical archives in colleges and universities， such as insufficient work awareness， inaccurate business positioning， insufficient total resources， and poor management methods and other issues.

笔者在中国知网平台以“高校实物档案”“开发利用”等关键字为检索词进行主题检索，仅检索出不足20篇的相关文章，从中阅读研判学界对高校实物档案资源开发利用的理论研究乏善可陈。笔者认为，通过实证获取数据进行对比与分析，是计算与演绎开发利用现况信息最可靠的手段。

1 实证设计与分析

1.1 问卷设计。为进一步分析高校实物档案开发利用工作的影响因素，笔者将调查问卷按两个板块进行设计。第一个版块是个人的基本信息，主要包含性别、年龄、学历、专业等四个常见的社会人口统计学变量。第二个版块是云南大学实物档案开发利用影响因素指标体系及其指标要素说明和重要性满意度评分表。云南大学实物档案开发利用影响因素指标体系主要包括三个层次、六大类共22项指标。第一层次即由档案工作者文化观念因素、实物档案自身因素、档案馆条件因素、档案管理因素、法制因素、开发利用的方式与内容因素等6个一级指标构成;第二层次是六大类一级指标下的二级指标;第三层次则更为详细地解释了二级指标的内涵，以便于问卷调查者们对22项指标进行更公平合理地评分。……
