摘  要：提升信息化水平是“双高计划”重要任务，智慧校园高职院校支撑职业教育现代化和创新发展的新型基础设施，需要从顶层设计入手，整体规划。智慧校园建设应围绕教育教学和管理服务这两条全过程主线的信息化需求，服务于学校自身的数字化转型。广科院以“云中广科”为发展目标，按照数字化使能平台层、智慧校园应用层和智慧门户层的总体架构，分步骤建设智慧校园。并创新信息化建设机制，保障可持续发展。

Top-Level Design of the Wisdom Campus in Vocational Colleges and Universities Under the Construction Background of “Double High Plan”

—Take the Construction of “Cloud-Based GPST” of Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and

Technology as an Example

Abstract： Improve the level of informationization is a main task for the“Double High Plan”， wisdom campus is a new infrastructure supporting the modernization and innovative development of vocational education in higher vocational colleges. It needs to start with top-level design and makes overall planning. The construction of wisdom campus should focus on the informatization needs of the two main lines of the whole process of education， teaching and management services， and serve the digital transformation of the school itself. Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology takes cloud-based GPST as developing target， builds a wisdom campus step by step according to the overall architecture of digital enabling platform layer， wisdom campus application layer and smart portal layer， and also innovates the informatization construction mechanism to ensure sustainable development.

0  引  言

2019年，國务院印发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，启动实施中国特色高水平高等职业学校和专业建设计划（简称“双高计划”）。在“双高计划”中，明确提出“提升信息化水平”的改革发展任务，要“加快智慧校园建设，促进信息技术和智能技术深度融入教育教学和管理服务全过程，改进教学、优化管理、提升绩效”[1]。围绕教育信息化发展目标和“双高计划”建设任务，高职院校应将智慧校园建设作为支撑职业教育现代化和创新发展的新型基础设施、作为推进技术技能人才培养和学校治理水平提升的重要引擎。

数字校园、智慧校园的建设是系统工程，需要从学校战略定位和实际需求出发，从顶层设计入手，全校协同，整体规划数字校园建设目标、建设蓝图和实施步骤[2]。广东科学技术职业学院（以下简称“广科院”）与华为技术有限公司（以下简称“华为”）深化校企战略合作，提出“云中广科”发展目标，研究制定智慧校园顶层设计，推进广科院信息化水平的全面提升和数字化转型的快速实施。……
