【摘 要】目的：观察糖尿病健康教育中实施糖尿病门诊护理的效果。方法：随机将80例糖尿病患者分成对照组和研究组，各40例。将普通护理用于对照组患者，将糖尿病门诊护理用于研究组患者。护理后，比较两组患者的血糖控制水平和护理满意度。结果：护理后，研究组患者进餐前后的血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组患者，差异显著（P<0.05）；比较两组患者的护理满意度，研究组明显高于对照组，组间差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：对糖尿病患者实施糖尿病门诊护理，可以让患者熟悉糖尿病知识，提高患者的自我管理能力，增强血糖控制效果，从而提升患者的护理满意度。

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the effect of diabetes outpatient care in diabetes health education.Methods： Eighty diabetic patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group， with 40 cases in each group.General care was used in the control group and diabetes outpatient care was used in the study group.After care， blood glucose control levels and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： After care， the hemoglobin levels before and after meals in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group； Comparing with care satisfaction between the two groups， the study group was significantly higher than the control group and there was significant difference between groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of diabetes outpatient care for diabetic patients can familiarize patients with their diabetes knowledge， improve their self-management ability， enhance their blood glucose control effect， and thus improve their nursing satisfaction.

糖尿病要求终身治疗，它需要患者提高自我控制水平，按时服药。随着治疗水平的进步，医院组建了糖尿病護理门诊，在糖尿病治疗中有效实施健康教育。在糖尿病门诊护理中实施健康教育，可以增强患者的自我管理能力，本文对此进行了分析。

1.1 一般资料

我院2018年7月至2019年8月收治糖尿病患者80例，将其分成对照组和研究组，各40例。对照组，男性22例，女性18例，年龄41岁～70岁，平均年龄（61.3±3.9）岁，患者空腹血糖水平为10mmol/ L～25mmol/L。研究组，男性23例，女性17例，年龄39岁～69岁，平均年龄（60.5±3.8）岁；患者空腹血糖水平为10mmol/L～24mmol/L。两组患者的基本资料没有显著差异（P>0.05），可以进行对比。

1.2 护理方法

将常规护理用于对照组患者，护理方法是：住院后，护理人员明确患者的床位，保持病房内干净卫生，确保空气流通，根据医嘱要求，按时指导患者服药并做好患者的身体检查。……
