【摘 要】目的：探究经尿道等离子体双极电切术对膀胱癌治疗效果。方法：选择70例患者并根据随机法分为两组，各35例。对照组采用膀胱部分切除术，观察组采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术。结果：观察组总并发率5.71%，低于对照组28.57%，住院时间、导管留置时间、手术时间、手术出血量均低于对照组，同时观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，观察组疾病复发情况低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：针对膀胱癌采取经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗，可以降低并发症和复发率，有利于改善患者手术指标和生活质量，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the efficacy of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection for bladder cancer. Methods： 70 patients selected were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group. Partial cystectomy was used in the control group and transurethral plasma bipolar resection was used in the observation group.Results：The total complication rate of the observation group was 5.71%， which was 28.57% lower than that of the control group. The length of hospital stay， catheter retention time， operation time and surgical bleeding were lower than those of the control group. At the same time， the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the disease recurrence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusions： Transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection for bladder cancer can reduce complications and relapse rate， improve the operation index and quality of life of patients， and is worthy of promotion.

膀胱癌是一種泌尿系统疾病，该病在临床中发病率比较高，而且具有反复发作难治疗的特点，对患者身体健康和生命安全造成较大的影响，同时还影响患者精神，给患者经济上带来很大的负担[1]。对于膀胱癌主要采取手术进行治疗。传统手术是对患者膀胱进行部分切除，但是由于这种手术时间长，对患者的伤害比较大，而且很容易引发多种并发症，对患者生活质量和身体功能造成很大的影响[2]。近些年，随着医疗技术的快速发展，对于膀胱癌多采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术进行治疗，而且这种手术治疗方法效果比较明显，安全性比较高。本研究对70例患者进行分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2018年5月至2021年5月入选的70例患者，并根据随机法分为两组，各35例。对照组，男18例，女17例，年龄37岁～72岁，平均年龄（51.02±2.36）岁。观察组，男19例，女16例，年龄39岁～73岁，平均年龄（52.03±2.69）岁。两组资料比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

对照组采用膀胱部分切除术，采用电刀切除患者膀胱组织，如果患者病变程度比较严重，那么就需要对患者采取膀胱全切术，术后采取注射用羟喜树碱进行注射治疗。
