【摘 要】目的：探究综合护理对顽固性心力衰竭血液透析患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：以2018年6月—2019年5月间在我院进行医治的顽固性心力衰竭血液透析患者，随意选取其中30例为试验对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，两组中各有15例患者。对照组给以传统护理，实验组给以综合护理，随后对两组患者SDS、SAS评分以及生活品质评分作比较。结果：护理后，实验组SDS、SAS评分显然优于对照组，具有可比性（P<0.05）。实验组生活品质评分亦高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对顽固性心力衰竭血液透析患者应用综合护理措施后，SDS、SAS评分以及护理满意率显然获得改善，还能提高生活品质，应在临床中实践应用。

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in hemodialysis patients with refractory heart failure.Methods：For hemodialysis patients with refractory heart failure treated between June 2018 and May 2019，30 of them were randomly divided into control and experimental groups， with 15 patients in each of the two groups.Control group was given traditional care， experimental group gave integrated care， and then compared SDS， SAS scores between the two groups.Results：After nursing， the SDS， SAS score was obviously better than the control group and comparable（P<0.05）.QoL scores were also higher than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： After applying comprehensive nursing measures to hemodialysis patients with refractory heart failure， the SDS， SAS score and nursing satisfaction rate have obviously improved， which can also improve the quality of life and should be applied in clinical practice.

顽固性心力衰竭又被称为难治性，心力衰竭这种疾病是一种严重的心功能疾病，患者最终会出现多器官功能的障碍综合征患者愈后恢复较差，并且治疗难度较大，而在近年来的临床研究中认为对心衰患者进行有效的血液透析是改善患者病情的关键[1]。因此增强该病患者的护理工作，是改善预后的重要因素[2]。本次试验以2018年6月至2019年5月间在我院进行医治的顽固性心力衰竭血液透析患者，探究综合护理对顽固性心力衰竭血液透析患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响，并获得较好的成果，内容为下。
