摘 要：当今社会发展日新月异，而作为国防教育和军队发展的重要基石，军队院校教育也要与时俱进，融入在这个万物互联的大时代中。本文首先根据军队院校研究生教学的特殊性，从学生层面和教学模式层面分析了军队院校研究生教学改革现状;而后把握军队院校研究生教学模式改革方向，分析了军队院校教学模式改革的意义和必要性，为军队院校研究生传统教学模式向自主学习教学模式提供了理论依据，为军队院校高层次高素质人才培养模式的探索提供了重要参考。

Abstract：Today's social development is changing with each passing day.As an important cornerstone of national defense education and military development，military academies education must also keep pace with the times and be integrated into this era of interconnection of all things.Based on the particularity of postgraduate teaching in military academies，this paper analyzes the status quo of postgraduate teaching reform in military academies from the level of students and teaching models;then grasps the direction of postgraduate teaching reform in military academies，and analyzes the significance of the reform of military academies teaching models.And necessity，it provides a theoretical basis for the traditional teaching mode of postgraduates in military academies and autonomous learning teaching mode，and provides an important reference for the exploration of the training mode of high-level and high-quality talents in military academies.

1 绪论

当今社会发展日新月异，5G万物互联，网络信息技术步及社会的每一个角落。“知识改变命运，创新引领未来”的观念深入人心，因而社会资源越来越向知识和创新倾斜，掌握知识、引领创新的高层次人才越来越成为国际层面上竞争的焦点。兴国强军，关键靠人才，基础在教育。人才强则国家强，人才兴则军队兴。而人才的竞争归根结底在于教育，国家和军队建设对知识和创新的需求转化为对高层次人才的需求，使院校教育面临机遇和挑战。而作为国防教育和军队发展的重要基石，为实现强军目标，为了贯彻科技强军战略和人才强军战略，军队院校教育也要与时俱进，不断改革创新，融入在这个万物互联的大时代中。
