摘要受高职院校生源结构多样化的影响，高职院校英语教育教学存在诸多困难和问题。本文在深入分析目前高职大学生学情的基础上，以“分层教学、分开指导、分类达标”为原则，研究提出了高职英语分层教学分班、分层教学“课程思政”、分层教学施教、分层教学环境创设、分层教学保障等策略，通过实践运行，大幅提高了高职英语教育教学效果，为培养具有一定国际视野的高素质技术技能人才做出了有益探索。

Research on Layered English Teaching Strategies in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractInfluenced by the diversity of student source structure in higher vocational colleges， there are many difficulties and problems in English education and teaching in higher vocational colleges. Based on the in-depth analysis of the current learning situation of higher vocational college students， and based on the principle of "layered teaching， separate guidance and classified compliance"， this paper studies and puts forward strategies for layered English teaching in higher vocational colleges， such as class division， layered teaching "curriculum thinking and politics"， layered teaching， layered teaching environment creation， layered teaching guarantee and so on. It has greatly improved the teaching effect of higher vocational English education and made a beneficial exploration for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with a certain international vision.

1高职英语分层教学背景

早在我国儒家经典著作《学记》中，就已提出“不凌节而施”和“教人不尽其材，其施之也悖，其求之也拂”等分层教学思想，孔子更是主张“因材施教”，并根据学生的“愈”“鲁”“辟”“彦”个性进行个别化教学。此后，古代历代的书院、私塾等就具有一定的分层教学特点。国外从20世纪初也出现了分层教学思想，著名的有布卢姆的教育目标分类法、克拉申的可理解性语言输入假说理论、布卢姆的掌握学习理论等。国内分层教学自20世纪80年代引入并取得了一定的效果。可见，分层教育教学思想由来已久，这为高职英语分层教学策略研究奠定了坚实基础。

受高职院校生源结构多样化的影响，目前高职院校英语教育教学存在诸多困难和问题，尤其是高职大学生英语学习基础较低、学习兴趣不浓、水平参差不齐等，严重影响着英语教学效果和高职学生全面成长。……
