摘要为进一步落实医教协同推进医学教育改革与发展，提升地方医疗健康事业的长足发展，汉中市中心医院与汉中职业技术学院达成了高职临床医学专业“1+1+1”分段教学的人才培养模式。医院通过在课程标准的制定、师资队伍的遴选、教学质量评价、学生管理、实训室建设、职业技能竞赛参与等方面做出了改革，教育教学水平得到了很大的提升，也获得了学校的好评，实施教学改革的四年也为本地基层医疗卫生机构培养了一批合格的高素质技能型人才。

AbstractIn order to further implement the coordination of medical education， promote the reform and development of medical education， and improve the rapid development of local medical and health undertakings， Hanzhong Central Hospital andHanzhong Vocational and Technical Collegehave reached a talent training mode of "1 + 1+ 1" segmented teaching of clinical medicine specialty in Higher Vocational colleges. The hospital has made reforms in the formulation of curriculum standards， the selection of teaching staff， the evaluation of teaching quality， student management， the construction of training room and the participation in vocational skills competition. The education and teaching level has been greatly improved and praised by the school， the four years of teaching reform have also trained a number of qualified high-quality skilled talents for local grass-roots medical and health institutions.

國办发[2017]63号文件明确提出了医教协同推进医学教育改革与发展，加强医学人才培养，坚持把医学教育和人才培养摆在卫生与健康事业优先发展的战略地位，建立健全适应行业特点的医学人才培养制度。汉中市中心医院作为本地集医疗、教学、科研为一体的三级甲等综合性医院，一贯秉承“科教兴院”的宗旨，把医疗教育工作作为医院专业人才培养的结合点和切入点，以此更有效的提升地方医疗健康事业的长足发展，该院为住院医师规范化培训基地，并承担着本专科两所院校的临床教学班教学和省内外多家院校的医学实习生带教工作。

汉中地区经济总体欠发达，山区人口和贫困人口比例较高，基层高学历医学人才“分不来、留不住、用不上”，为进一步贯彻医教协同，为本地医疗卫生人才培养做出更多贡献，汉中市中心医院与汉中职业技术学院达成了高职临床医学专业“1+1+1”分段式教学的人才培养模式，且已经实施了四年多，并取得了一定的成效。……
