摘要技能型学生组织作为高校学生组织的一个分支，具有鲜明的学术研究与专业结合的特点，越来越受到高校和社会的重视。技能型学生组织开展的科技活动，不但能良好的结合专业知识，又能充分发挥学生组织的号召力和凝聚力，培养学生的创新意识和创新能力，提升学生的创业能力和社会感知力。

Practical Research on Improving Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges by Skilled Student Organizations

AbstractAs a branch of university student organization， skilled student organization has the characteristics of the combination of academic research and specialty， and has been paid more and more attention by universities and society. The scientific and technological activities carried out by skilled student organizations can not only combine professional knowledge well， but also give full play to the appeal and cohesion of student organizations， cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and ability， and improve students’ entrepreneurial ability and social perception.

0引言

自党的十八大召开，在人才培养中对创新创业这部分，国家作出更加明确和更加具体的要求，在国务院的主导牵头下，在加强创新创业教育方面提出了更加细致具体的要求。大学生这一群体具有最创新、创业潜力的特点，这对于发展和推进高校创新创业教育，促进学生全面发展，促进毕业生创业就业具有重要的现实意义和战略意义。

1技能型学生组织的特点

高校常见的学生组织基本是传统意义上的学生组织。这类学生组织主要是由具有共同兴趣的同学聚集在一起，开展一系列活动。主要的作用还是丰富课余生活，流行性和娱乐性占主体。而技能型学生组织，在已经有的基础上，对于课程教学的延伸，对于专业能力、实践技能、创新能力等方面更加注重的一种业余学生组织。以汽车协会为例，其主要的特点如下：

社团方向明确，专业性强。汽车工程学院设有4个专业，培养具有较高的机械理论素养和扎实的相关基础理论知识和应用实践能力的复合型人才。……
