摘要面对新的大数据环境和教学科研需求，积极思考与重新定位并有效开展大学生的数据素养提升教育，以满足创新型人才培养需求，是西部地方高校图书馆的当务之急。本文基于内江师范学院学生数据素养现状，针对西部地方高校学生数据素养提升教育存在的问题与困惑，提出了具体可行的解决措施和建议。

Analysis of Data Literacy Promotion Education for Students in Local Colleges and Universities in Western China

——Take Neijiang Normal University as an example

AbstractFacing the new big data environment and the needs of teaching and scientific research， it is an urgent task for local university libraries in Western China to actively think and reposition and effectively carry out data literacy improvement education for college students to meet the training needs of innovative talents. Based on the current situation of students’data literacy in Neijiang Normal University， this paper puts forward specific andfeasible solutions and suggestions for the problems and puzzles existing in the data literacy improvement education of students in local colleges and universities in the West.

本文以內江师范学院大学生为调研对象，采取线上线下问卷调研方式，开展对西部地方高校学生数据素养现状及能力水平的调查分析，并结合西部地方高校不同教育对象的特点和需求，探索对学生实施数据素养提升教育的有效途径，为培养高校学生掌握教学科研领域的数据管理技能，提升其在教学科研中运用不同方法把握多种类型数据管理、整合、挖掘、分析等方面的能力提供帮助。

1西部高校学生数据素养提升教育调研

1.1问卷发放

2018年，针对内江师范学院大一新生发放问卷调研；2019年，针对内江师范学院各年级在校生，发放问卷调研；两次问卷发放共涵盖全校17个专业的学生600人次。

1.1.1问卷结构

2018年发放问卷项目分为两部分，一是关于信息素养基础知识的调查；二是关于开展数据信息专题讲座的调查。内容包括：大学生所知数据类型、获取数据途径、数据搜集与分析、整理与检索能力以及接收数据素养提升教育的方式等内容。……
