摘要小额网贷产品乘着“互联网+金融”的快车得到了迅速发展，给学生学习生活带来便利的同时，也引发了诸多问题，比如一些违规小额网贷产品披着“创新”的马甲混入校园，部分学生深陷不良网贷泥沼，再如因为小额网贷学生大多数有超前消费习惯不利于个人正确消费观的养成。这些现象给个人、家庭、学校都带了极其负面的影响，同时增加了高校管理工作的难度。本文对小额网贷在湖南某地方二本院校学生群体中的存续现状进行问卷调查和访谈，深入分析在校生使用小额网贷的原因与存在的问题，并给高校管理工作提出参考建议和对策。

Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of College Students’ Microfinance under "Internet plus Finance"

——Take the secondary undergraduate colleges in Hunan as an example

AbstractSmall online loan products have been developing rapidly in "Internet plus Finance"，which has brought conveniencetostudents’learningandlife，butalsocausedmanyproblems.Forexample，someillegalproductsaremixedwith"innovative" vest and some students are trapped in bad nets. Another example is that most of the small online loan students haveadvancedconsumptionhabits，whichisnotconducivetothecultivationofpersonalcorrectconsumptionconcept.These phenomena have a very negative impact on individuals， families and schools， and increase the difficulty of university management.Thispapermakesaquestionnairesurveyandinterviewonthesurvivalstatusofsmallonlineloaninthestudent group of two colleges in a local Hunan Province， deeply analyzes the reasons and existing problems of students using small online loan， and puts forward reference suggestions and countermeasures for the management of colleges and universities.

1湖南某高校学生使用小额网贷的现状分析

调查主要采取问卷形式进行，随机选取湖南某高校1000名在校大学生为调查对象。累计共发放问卷1000份，回收问卷963份，回收率96.3%。其中，有效问卷895份，有效率89.5%。

1.1调查结果分析

1.1.1收入及消费情况

在每月生活费的选项里，18%的学生生活费在1000元以下，1000～1500元之间的学生占54%，22%学生生活费在1500～2000元之间，剩下6%的学生生活费超过2000元。这与所调查的学校的实际情况相符，受调查高校属于地方二本院校，所在城市消费水平不高，且生源多来自三四线城市和农村，故多数学生生活费水平处于中等。

从学生消费情况来看，月开销在1000元以下的学生占32%，在1000～2000元的学生占52%，2000元以上的学生占16%。其中36%的学生认为在日常吃喝上开销最大，40%的学生在网购上开销最大，尤其是女生，占到了74%。……
