摘要教育改革背景下，教师工作者们在积极的创新教学模式，只为跟上改革步伐并跟进教育教学发展趋势，为教学质量的提升和人才素质的提升奠定基础，当前来看，已经取得了一些可喜成绩。在创新教学模式中，翻转课堂教学模式受到了更多关注、引起了巨大反响，也收获了社会各界的较多好评，在协助教师完成教学使命中做出了不可磨灭的贡献。鉴于此，我们围绕翻转课堂展开探索，进一步阐述翻转课堂在人体解剖学教学中的应用策略，以供参考。

Application of Flipped Classroom in Human Anatomy Teaching

AbstractUnder the background of educational reform， teachers and workers are actively innovating teaching mode， only to keep up with the pace of reform and follow up the development trend of education and teaching， and lay the foundation for the improvement of teaching quality and talent quality. At present， they have made some gratifying achievements. In the innovative teaching mode， the flipped classroom teaching mode has received more attention， caused great repercussions， received more praise from all walks of life， and made an indelible contribution to helping teachers complete their teaching mission. In view of this， we explore the flipped classroom and further elaborate the application strategy of flipped classroom in human anatomy teaching for reference.

1翻转课堂概述

1.1翻转课堂的诞生

翻转课堂，也被称为“颠倒课堂”，主要指重新调整教学结构并将学习决定权交还给学生的全新教学模式，教師在课堂上的权利被大幅度缩减。且该课堂对于信息技术有着较强依赖，可以在信息技术的支持下助力学生学习权利体现，包括看视频讲座、听播客等等，最终目的是为了让学生实现更灵活学习、更主动学习，同时，也彻底颠覆传统课堂，推动课堂发生教师角色、课程模式、管理模式等实现与时俱进变革。

翻转课堂一词，最早可追溯到2007年，由美国科罗拉多州的两名化学教师提出，他们首次尝试通过视频录制、上传方式，帮助缺席课堂学习的学生补课，翻转课堂便由此产生，该理念于2012年被正式提出。虽然这种教学模式早已产生，但是直到2011年才开始真正流行起来，各地的各所学校皆受到可罕学院的视频教学启发，将翻转课堂的研究和实践推向了巅峰。……
