摘要随着全球化的快速发展，高等教育国际化以及学生国际能力的培养成为国际关注焦点。“半导体材料与技术”全英文教学课程的建设能更好地培养学生掌握半导体相关的国际前沿专业知识，为半导体领域培养赋有创新意识、具备国际视野、有能力突破“卡脖子技术”并能够参与国际竞争的国际化人才。笔者梳理了全英文课程建设的现状和存在的问题。针对全英文教学的师资、学生、教材以及课程质量评价体系等方面对推进全英文教学课程建设提出了几点建设性的建议。笔者基于对“半导体材料与技术”全英文课程的教学实践经验与反思，总结了“半导体材料与技术”课程全英文教学的初步成果。

Practice and Reflection on all English Teaching of Semiconductor Materials and Technology

AbstractWith the rapid development of globalization， the internationalization of higher education and the cultivation of students’ international ability have become the focus of international attention. The construction of the all English teaching course of "semiconductor materials and technology" can better cultivate students to master the international cutting-edge professional knowledge related to semiconductor，and cultivate international talents with innovative consciousness，internationalvision，abilitytobreakthrough"necktechnology"andparticipateininternationalcompetition for the semiconductor field. The author combs the current situation and existing problems of all English curriculum construction.ThispaperputsforwardsomeconstructivesuggestionsonpromotingtheconstructionofallEnglishteaching curriculum from the aspects of teachers， students， teaching materials and curriculum quality evaluation system. Based on the teaching practice and reflection on the all English course of semiconductor materials and technology， the author summarizes the preliminary results of the all English Teaching of semiconductor materials and technology.

1全英文教学课程的重要性
