【摘要】本文以高职院校建设“双高校”战略目标为背景，在思考公共英语目前的教学体制、教学内容、教学目标还不完全能够帮助所在院校实现职业教育现代化基础上提出两个问题：第一，高职公共英语教学将如何更好地服务学院培养出高水平国际化技术技能人才;第二，高职公共英语教师将如何确定自身发展方向。基于问题本文拟对高职公共英语课程提出“校本特色”改革方法：实行分级教学，分类培养;建设校本特色，以“双高”建设为目标的公共英语课程体系;分级实行差别化的混合式教学模式，改革评价标尺;加大师资队伍建设，等等。以期提升高职公共英语教师现代化教学能力、学生国际化社会服务水平，实现院校职业教育现代化。

【Abstract】This article is based on the background of the strategic goal of building a “Double High” in higher vocational colleges， and on the basis of thinking that the current teaching system， teaching content， and teaching goals of public English are not fully capable of helping the college to realize the modernization of vocational education.Two questions are raised： first， how will higher vocational public English teaching better serve the college to cultivate high-level international technical skills; second： how will higher vocational public English teachers determine their own development direction？ Based on the problems， this article proposes a “school-based” reform method for the public English courses of higher vocational education： implement graded teaching and classified training; build a public basic curriculum system; optimize “online and offline” mixed teaching to form a diversified evaluation mechanism; strengthen reforming in team building and other aspects， in order to improve the modern teaching ability of public English teachers in higher vocational colleges， the internationalized social service level of students and realize the modernization of vocational education of colleges.
