【摘要】 目的：探讨面部烧伤创面感染患者应用综合心理护理对其生活质量、疼痛评分、不良情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法：选取2016年5月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的面部烧伤创面感染患者76例，根据护理方式不同分成两组，对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用综合心理护理。比较两组疼痛评分、生活质量评分、SDS、SAS评分、依从性。结果：研究组护理2、4周的疼痛评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组护理后社会功能维度、心理健康维度、躯体健康维度、物质生活维度、总分均高于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组护理后SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组依从性高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在面部烧伤创面感染患者进行护理中，综合心理护理效果比较理想，可以改善其疼痛评分，提高生活质量和依从性，临床上应当进一步推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on the quality of life， pain score， bad mood and treatment compliance in patients in the nursing of patients with facial burn wound infection. Method： A total of 76 patients with facial burn wound infection admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. Routine nursing was applied in the control group， and comprehensive psychological nursing was applied in the study group. Pain score， quality of life score， SDS， SAS score and compliance were compared between the two groups. Result： The pain score in the study group after 2 and 4 weeks of nursing were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The social function dimension， mental health dimension， physical health dimension， material life dimension and total score of the study group after nursing were all higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. After nursing， the SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive psychological nursing effect of patients with facial burn wound infection is relatively ideal， which can improve their pain score， improve their quality of life and compliance， and should be further popularized in clinical practice.

面部由于處于暴露位置，所以受到烧伤的概率较高，并且创面感染的患者一般病情较为严重，畸形或者瘢痕明显，促使面部各项功能出现障碍，影响美观。患者面部功能和外貌方面造成影响，加上创面感染，没有思想准备，造成心理疾病的出现，甚至会厌世[1]。因此对患者实施心理护理具有重要性，在本次研究过程中，实施综合心理护理后，降低疼痛评分，改善生活质量，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2016年5月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的面部烧伤创面感染患者76例，纳入标准：（1）因火、油溅等原因导致的面部烧伤;（2）烧伤后出现创面感染;（3）配合程度较高。排除标准：（1）患有精神类疾病;（2）中度或者重度吸入性损伤等;（3）无法自主沟通。根据护理方式不同分成两组，对照组38例，男13例，女25例;年龄19～59岁，平均（31.7±1.4）岁。研究组38例，男18例，女20例;年龄20～57岁，平均（30.4±1.1）岁。两组患者一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），有可比性;所有均知晓本研究此次研究，且经过笔者所在医院伦理委员会批准。
