【摘要】 目的：研究产妇分娩过程中应用会阴条件综合评分方法的效果。方法：随机选取2017年3月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院进行分娩的52例产妇作为研究对象。对所有产妇均采取会陰条件综合评分方法，分析所有产妇的会阴条件综合评分情况、产时处理和结果。结果：52例产妇会阴侧切率为13.5%，会阴完整率为44.2%，Ⅰ度裂伤发生率为40.4%，Ⅱ度裂伤发生率为1.9%，Ⅲ度裂伤发生率为0;52例产妇平均第二产程时间（33.28±2.04）min，平均出血量（191.58±4.23）ml，平均总产程（7.43±0.15）h。结论：在产妇分娩过程中应用会阴条件综合评分方法的效果显著，可有效降低侧切率，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of the comprehensive scoring method of perineal conditions during the delivery of mothers. Method： Fifty-two women who gave birth in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects. The comprehensive scoring method of perineal conditions was adopted for all the mothers.The comprehensive scoring of perineal conditions，the treatment during delivery and the results of all the mothers were analyzed. Result： The perineal incision rate was 13.5%， the perineum intact rate was 44.2%， the degree Ⅰ laceration rate was 40.4%， the degree Ⅱ laceration rate was 1.9%， and the degree Ⅲ laceration rate was 0. The average length of the second labor period was （33.28±2.04） minutes， the average amount of bleeding was （191.58±4.23）ml， and the total labor period was （7.43±0.15） hours. Conclusion： The comprehensive scoring method of perineal condition in the parturition process is effective，and can effectively reduce the lateral cut rate，which is worth popularizing.

会阴侧切术是产科较为常见的一种手术类型，可扩大阴道出口，但该种手术会对产妇的会阴部造成损伤，产妇在产后的疼痛较重，且伤口愈合较慢，延长了产妇的恢复时间[1]。本文主要研究产妇分娩过程中应用会阴条件综合评分方法的效果，详细报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取2017年3月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院进行分娩的52例产妇作为研究对象。纳入标准：临床资料完整。排除标准：会阴损伤严重;不配合。产妇年龄24～38岁，平均（30.72±1.25）岁;孕周38～41周，平均（39.24±1.04）周;初产妇34例，经产妇18例。患者均签署同意书。

1.2 方法

对所有产妇均采取会阴条件综合评分方法[2]。

1.2.1 会阴弹性评估 在分娩过程中，胎儿头部拨露4～5 cm时，助产士将食指和中指插入先露与会阴之间，并向下、向外将会阴部组织进行牵拉。……
