【摘要】 目的：研究穴位貼敷疗法联合护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果。方法：选择2018年6月-2019年9月于笔者所在医院内科接受治疗的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组40例。对照组予以西医常规治疗及常规护理干预，治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上予中药穴位贴敷疗法联合护理干预，分别对两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能和症状积分进行评估。结果：治疗后，治疗组总有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后，治疗组FVC水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后，治疗组症状积分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）结论：穴位贴敷疗法联合护理干预能有效缓解慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者临床症状，提高治疗总有效率。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of acupoint application therapy combined with nursing intervention on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method： From June 2018 to September 2019， 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in the internal medicine department of our hospital were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the method of random number table， 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy and routine nursing， and the treatment group was treated with acupoint application therapy with traditional Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention on the basis of routine western medicine therapy. The clinical effect， pulmonary function and symptom scores before and after treatment of the two groups were evaluated respectively. Result： After treatment， the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%， which was higher than 77.50% of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the FVC level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application therapy combined with nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve the total effective rate of treatment.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）治疗以药物控制病情、吸氧改善症状为主，临床中尚无特效药物。使用西医治疗方法（吸氧、预防感染、糖皮质激素）往往效果不佳，患者愈后较差，且生活质量提高不明显。慢性阻塞性肺疾病属中医学“肺胀”范畴，病因多为气机阻滞，痰饮阻肺。有研究表明，中药穴位敷贴可以通过药物作用于肺经循行处腧穴，起到祛痰益气，增强其他口服药物临床治疗功效的作用[1-2]。此外，治疗过程中也应关注患者的护理干预，即根据患者病情提出相应护理措施，从而提高诊疗效果。因此，本研究旨在分析穴位贴敷疗法联合护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果，将研究结果报道如下。
