摘  要：地方院校的汉语言文学专业要进行人才培养的应用转型，必须强化实践教学，突出应用导向;摆脱旧有观念误区，创新人才培养模式。地方院校汉语言文学专业应用型人才培养的具体路径，应该是加强课堂教学中的实践教学活动，打造多维立体的实践教学平台，建立全程覆盖的实践教学体系，全面提升学生的创新实践能力，建立应用型的人才培养模式。

Abstract： The application transformation of Chinese language and literature majors in local colleges must strengthen practical teaching and highlight application orientation. In addition， we should also get rid of the old misunderstandings and innovative talent training models. The specific path of talent cultivation mainly includes strengthening the practical teaching activities in classroom teaching， creating a multi-dimensional and practical teaching platform， establishing a practical teaching system covering the whole process， comprehensively improving students' innovative practice ability， establishing an applied talent training mode， and so on.

在我国高校文科专业中，汉语言文学专业是传统的基础专业和优势专业，分布很广。目前国内该专业普遍呈现出“重理论、轻应用”的特征，导致培养的毕业生与现实社会对汉语言文学专业人才的实际需求之间出现供需脱节的现象。这种现象，国内高校不少专业都存在，因为这些专业“基本上培养的是单纯的学科性、学术性人才”，“然而中国经济社会发展真正需要的是大量能够扎根一线的具有较强专业技术能力、创新能力的管理、建设、生产和服务的应用型人才”。[1]

鉴于此种状况，不少高校，尤其是地方院校，对汉语言文学专业的人才培养模式进行了一些改革和探索，试图加强对汉语言文学专业人才的应用性和行业性培养。但总的看来，仍受制于专业发展的强大历史惯性，在人才培养的观念、平台、路径、方法等方面受到较大限制。
