摘  要：提高人才培养质量是高校深化教育教学改革的核心目标。分析测试中心以大型科学仪器为载体，充分参与到高校教学和人才培养中，积极探索大型仪器面向学生开放共享的使用机制，充分利用大型仪器资源开展精英与大众化普及教育。初步探讨了分析测试中心如何有效地发挥在高校人才培养中的作用，从而助推人才培养质量提高。

Abstract： The core objectives of deepen the reform of higher education is improving the talents training quality. Relies on instrumental test platform， analytical and testing center of Southwest University of Science and Technology participates in the teaching and training actively， and strives to explore the mechanism of the major instruments in order to open to students， and used to take advantage of resources to carry out the elite and popular educations. We discussed the role of the analytical and testing center on how to effectively play in training talents in order to boost personnel training quality.

当前，我国正处在建设创新型国家的关键历史时期，那么创新型人才的培养始终是其核心问题，充分发挥创新型人才的积极性、主动性、创造性，是建设创新型国家的战略举措[1-2]。2010年，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》明确提出，进行拔尖创新人才培养改革试点，探索贯穿各级各类教育的创新人才培养途径，加强科技基础条件平台建设，建立共享机制，将实现科技资源共享列为国家科技创新体系基础建设的重要内容[3-5]。2012年的《关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见》把人才培养作为提高质量的首要工作[6]。在这种政策环境中，中国80%以上的重点大学都开展了创新人才培养项目[7]。

近年来，西南科技大学（以下简称我校）在整合优势资源构建本科专业学生创新力教育体系培养创新人才方面进行了顶层设计和实践探索[8]。大学生科研训练创新班成立于2009年，旨在加强人才培养方式改革，完善优秀大学生教育培養运行机制，促进我校创新型人才培养。……
