摘  要：教职工政治理论学习是教职工接受思想政治教育的过程，具有现实而长远的意义。无论从学习者角度还是从组织者角度，基层党建对教职工政治理论学习均有积极作用。当前高校教职工政治理论学习尚存在思想、内涵、方法、实践上的困境，需要从教职工党建出发，坚持问题导向、目标导向、实践导向、效果导向出发，抓好教职工政治理论学习的“点线面体”，以期取得实效。

Abstract： The political theory study of faculty is the process of ideological and political education for faculty， which has practical and long-term significance. Whether from the perspective of learners or organizers， the primary party building has a positive effect on the political theory study of faculty. At present， there are still some difficulties in the political theory study of faculty in universities， such as ideology， connotation， method and practice， so it is necessary to start from the Party building of faculty， adhere to the problem orientation， goal orientation， practice orientation and effect orientation to grasp the "point， line， surface and body" of the political theory study of faculty so as to achieve actual results.

高校教职工政治理论学习是我国社会主义大学建设中的优秀传统，是以党的路线、方针、政策教育引领高校知识分子的基本经验之一。在新形势下，新的经济社会存在、新媒体等新兴网络环境在促进社会发展的同时也带来多元社会思潮的新挑战，这也对高校教职工政治理论学习提出了新的课题。基于此，应当如何认识教职工政治理论学习的内涵和意义，如何分析当前教职工政治理论学习存在的不足和困境，以及如何进一步做好教职工政治理论学习？本文试图从加强高校基层党建尤其是教职工党支部建设的视角，对这些问题做一初步回答。

一、教职工政治理论学习的内涵和意义
