[摘要] 目的 探讨心理支持护理在海极星聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者中实施对不良情绪、生活质量影响。 方法 方便选取诊治外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者40例实施研究，用随机分组表法将患者分为心理组（心理支持护理，20例）和基础组（基础护理，20例），比较两组患者焦虑和抑郁选取2017年3月—2019年2月该院情绪、生活质量。结果 心理组和基础组患者入院时HAD-S、HAD-D评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;术后3 d，心理组患者HAD-S、HAD-D评分相对入院时显著降低，差异有统计学意义（t=7.282、5.991，P=0.000、0.000），且低于基础组患者，差异有统计学意义（t=6.668、6.489，P=0.000、0.000）。心理组患者生理功能、社會功能、情感职能评分均高于基础组，差异有统计学意义（t=4.451、5.218、5.147，P=0.000、0.000、0.000）。结论 心理支持护理在海极星聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内瘤样病变患者中应用，能减轻患者不良情绪，提高患者生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of psychological support nursing on adverse mood and quality of life in patients with non-neoplastic lesions of vulvar intraepithelium treated by Haijixing focused ultrasound. Methods A total of 40 patients with non-neoplastic lesions of the vulvar intraepithelial region diagnosed and treated in the hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into psychological group （psychological support nursing， 20 cases） and basic group （basic nursing， 20 cases）， compared anxiety and depression， and quality of life between the two groups of patients. Results There was no significant difference in the HAD-S and HAD-D scores between the psychological group and the basic group patients at admission （P>0.05）. At 3 days after surgery， the HAD-S and HAD-D scores of the psychological group patients were significantly lower than those at admission，the difference was statistically significant（t=7.282， 5.991， P=0.000， 0.000）， and lower than those in the basic group，the difference was statistically significant（t=6.668， 6.489， P=0.000， 0.000）. The scores of physiological functions， social function， health status， and emotional function of the psychological group were higher than those of the basic group，the difference was statistically significant（t=4.451， 5.218， 5.147， P=0.000， 0.000， 0.000）. Conclusion The application of psychological support nursing in the treatment of patients with vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia with Haijixing focused ultrasound can alleviate the adverse emotions and improve the quality of life of patients.

外阴上皮内非瘤样病变为女性生殖系统常见慢性黏膜炎症病变性疾病，其发生与激素水平变化、免疫反应、遗传及感染等均有相关性，随着生活方式改变、性观念开放，发病率呈逐年升高趋势[1]。海极星聚焦超声为临床中治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变新型方法，通过聚焦超声产生热量对病变组织进行灼烧治疗，具有治疗创伤小、疗效显著、安全性高等优点。外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者受到疾病折磨、治疗创伤影响，可产生不良情绪，影响患者疗效及生活质量。心理支持护理基于专……
