[摘要] 目的 分析间苯三酚在混合痔术后的临床疗效及有效性。方法 设置研究时间段为2016年12月—2019年6月，便利选取该院收治的72例实行混合痔手术治疗的术后患者，根据采取的治疗方法不同，将患者纳入常规组（n=35）和实验组（n=37）。运用常规治疗的患者纳入常规组，实施间苯三酚治疗的患者纳入实验组。对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗有效率以及不良反应的发生率。治疗效果从患者实施后止痛效果进行比较。结果 实验组治疗后患者疼痛分值依次为（6.28±0.41）分、（4.24±0.45）分、（1.56±0.24）分;常规组分别为（7.35±0.32）分、（5.16±0.73）分、（2.18±0.23）分（t=12.296、6.476、11.180，P=0.000、0.000、0.000），实验组的治疗效果更佳，实验组患者97.29% （36/37）的治疗有效率明显高于常规组74.29%（26/35）（χ2=7.964，P=0.005）;实验组患者5.40%（2/37）发生不良反应的概率低于常规组22.85%（8/35），差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.580，P=0.032）。结论 在混合痔术后患者治疗中实施间苯三酚治疗，镇痛效用明显，相应不良反应的发生率得到明显降低，安全性更高，能够促进患者更好地康复。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and effectiveness of resorcinol after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods The study period was set from December 2016 to June 2019. Seventy-two postoperative patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery were convenient selected from the hospital. According to the treatment methods adopted，patients were included in the routine group（n=35） and experimental group（n=37）. Patients treated with conventional treatment were included in the routine group，and patients treated with resorcinol were included in the experimental group. The treatment effect，treatment efficiency，and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. The therapeutic effect was compared from the analgesic effect of patients after implementation. Results The pain scores of patients in the experimental group after treatment were （6.28±4.1）points，（4.24±0.45）points，and （1.56±0.24）points; the conventional group were （7.35±0.32）points，（5.16±0.73）points，and （2.18±0.23）points （t=12.296，6.476，11.180，P=0.000，0.000，0.000），the treatment effect of the experimental group is better，and the treatment efficiency of 97.29% （36/37） of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the conventional group 74.29%（26/35）（χ2=7.964，P=0.005）; the probability of adverse reactions in 5.40%（2/37） of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group 22.85%（8/35），and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.580，P=0.032）. Conclusion The implementation of resorcinol in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids has obvious analgesic effect，the incidence of corresponding adverse reactions is significantly reduced，the safety is higher，and it can promote better recovery of patients.

在人體肛门周围神经分布较广，因此对疼痛度感知也更加明显。对于混合痔术后患者而言，术后产生的疼痛较大，尤其在排便期间，疼痛难忍，为此，做好患者术后疼痛的治疗非常重要，也是临床治疗当中的一项难题[1]。相关临床数据显示，采用间苯三酚对混合痔术后患者实施治疗，能够有效地缓解患者产生的疼痛，让患者更好地康复。为此，该研究通过对该院2016年12月—2019年6月选取的72例混合痔术后患者实施间苯三酚治疗，并与常规治疗进行对比，探讨间苯三酚对患者术后疼痛的缓解效用。……
