摘  要：该研究采用特尔菲法、问卷调查法和数理统计的研究方法，以深圳市小学体育教师为调查对象，以影响体育教学效果的因素为研究对象，进行因子分析研究，厘清深圳市小学体育教学效果影响的主要因素，并提出相应改进措施与策略，以此提高深圳市小学体育教学的实践效果。研究结果表明：（1）影响深圳市小学体育教学效果的因素主要包含4大因素，即教师因素、学生因素、管理因素和环境因素。（2）该研究最终归纳出该深圳市小学体育教学效果的5个主要影响因子：即行为因子、组织因子、条件因子、认知因子和器材设施五大因子。

Abstract： In this study， Delphi method， questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method are used. The primary school physical education teachers in Shenzhen are taken as the objects of investigation， and the factors that affect the effect of physical education teaching are taken as the objects of study. Factor analysis is carried out to clarify the main factors that affect the effect of physical education teaching in primary schools in Shenzhen， and corresponding improvement measures and strategies are put forward to improve the physical education in primary schools in Shenzhen Practical effect. The results show that： （1）The factors that affect the effect of physical education teaching in primary schools in Shenzhen mainly include four factors： teachers， students， management and environment. （2）Finally， the research concludes five main factors that affect the effect of physical education in Shenzhen： behavior factor， organization factor， condition factor， cognitive factor and equipment and facilities.

1  研究背景

近年來国家体质监测数据表明，我国青少年在力量、耐力、柔韧等身体素质指标上出现严重下滑，肥胖、“豆芽菜”等体质问题突出，体质状况堪忧。2016年7月，教育部体卫艺司司长王登峰在国际青少年校园足球邀请赛高峰论坛上指出，中国学生14年的体育必修课，但绝大多数学生连一项运动技能都没有学会，该评论发人深省，可见中国青少年体质健康问题已成为“可怕的真实”。

基于学校体育发展与青少年体质状况不相协调的矛盾，笔者从体育教学影响因子的角度切入展开研究，希望通过该研究取得一定突破，为学校体育发展提供更多参考。

2  研究意义

本研究通过进行调查分析，剖析出当前小学体育自身特点及影响体育教学效果实现的因素，并有针对性地提出具有可操作性的策略与建议，旨在为学校体育发展提供有益借鉴，为小学体育教学改革与发展提供理论参考。……
