摘  要：为了有效预防小学足球课教学中的意外伤害，本文从项目特点出发，在肯定意外伤害预防在提高教学效果和改善学生心理素质的重要作用上，分析现阶段小学足球教学中存在学习兴趣淡化、教学方法不得当等问题，并从有效保护与帮助、体能训练、克服心理恐惧、营造校园氛围等方面，为预防小学足球教学中的意外伤害提出合理化建议。

Abstract： In order to effectively prevent accident harm of primary school football lesson teaching， this article from the project characteristics， in certain accident prevention in improving the teaching effect and improve the students' psychological quality on the important role of analysis of the present stage in the teaching of primary school football learning interest fade， not when the problems such as teaching method， and the effective protection and help， physical training， to overcome the psychological fear， creating the atmosphere of the campus to prevent accidental injury of primary school football teaching rationalization proposal is put forward.

足球是小學体育教学中重要的组成部分，因其在提高小学生身心素质的重要作用，逐渐被学校重视。但随着学习的不断深入，运动本身的对抗性与难度性也逐渐呈现，是一项对学生身体素质和心理状态有较高要求的运动。然而，小学生处于身心发育的初级阶段，且自控力较差，面对技术性强的传接球动作和对抗性的比赛时，学生因身体能力不足、心理恐惧等因素会导致运动中出现意外伤害。这些伤害，轻则会使学生对项目存在恐惧心理，重则会造成骨折、跟腱断裂等伤害。可见，如何有效预防意外伤害的发生在小学足球教学中极为重要。本文通过分析现阶段小学足球教学中存在的安全隐患，为有效预防小学足球课堂中的意外伤害提出合理化建议。

1  预防意外伤害对小学足球课堂教学的重要性

在小学足球教学中，面对身体对抗性与技术难度性，小学生因其自身身心发育情况受限，学生经常抱有恐惧的心理去完成动作。……
