摘  要：为解决医学院校本科教育中普遍存在的基础与临床结合不紧密、科教融合不足，以及课程内容陈旧、人才培养模式单一等问题，该研究探讨通过基础与临床学科共建强化科教融合、推进基础医学教学改革，通过优化课程内容，将科研的新思维、新方法应用于课堂教学。同时，创新人才培养模式，课内实施案例式教学，课外试行“导师制与个性化培养”模式，通过课内、课外的一体化教学，培养学生综合素质和核心能力。3年多的实践表明，该改革有助于将学科共建成效转化为人才培养成效，提升学生自主学习、科研创新能力和临床思维能力，有助于培养高素质的创新型医学人才。

Abstract： In order to solve the problems that are widespread in undergraduate education of medical colleges and universities， such as the lack of combination of basic medicine and clinical medicine， the insufficient integration of research and teaching， the out-dated teaching contents and the single teaching models of personnel training， this study aims to strengthen the integration of research and teaching and the reform of basic medical teaching by the co-construction of basic and clinical disciplines. The study applies new thoughts and approaches to the classroom teaching by optimization of the contents of courses. In addition， the study tries to innovate the patterns of personnel training and cultivate students overall qualities and abilities by case-study teaching and the training model of tutorial system and individualization. Three-year practice shows that the reform helps the transforming of the effects of co-construction of disciplines into the effects of personnel training， enhance the abilities of self-study and innovative practice， which is constructive to cultivate medical talents of high-quality and innovation.

在國家加快一流大学和一流学科建设，推进建设高水平本科教育和创新创业教育背景下，新时代高等教育如何进一步深化本科教育教学改革，培养一批符合国家现代化建设需要的高素质创新型人才呢？ 根据教育部《关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》和国务院《关于深化高校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》等文件精神，新时代本科教育教学改革必须坚持立德树人，以全面提高人才培养能力和质量为核心，创新人才培养机制，通过科教融合、医教融合，开展“三早教学”和协同育人，以高水平科学研究和创新创业教育支撑高质量本科人才培养，致力于培养高素质创新型人才[1]。……
