摘  要：媒介融合是信息时代快速發展下的产物，它为广播电视台记者采访形式的变化提供了机遇和挑战，广播电视台记者可以根据媒介融合的前提，进行信息传递方式的了解与掌握，并以此为基础，进行采访形式的创新。本文主要浅析媒介融合背景下广播电视台记者采访形式创新的特点及必要性，并提出进行采访形式创新的建议，希望为记者顺利进程采访工作的开展提供帮助。

Abstract： Media convergence is the product of the rapid development of the information age. It provides opportunities and challenges for the changes of the interview forms of radio and television reporters. According to the premise of media convergence， radio and television reporters can understand and master the way of information transmission， and on this basis， innovate the form of interview. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and necessity of radio and television reporters' interview form innovation under the background of media convergence， and puts forward suggestions for the innovation of interview form， hoping to provide help for the smooth process of reporters' interview work.

媒介融合的到来改变了传统媒介的传播方式，广播电视台记者应该根据媒介融合发展的需求，进行采访形式的创新，在这个过程中，不仅可以加深自己对于媒介融合的理解与应用，还可以满足新闻在新时期传播的需求，帮助受众在第一时间了解和掌握新闻内容，让受众了解新闻事件的真实情况，有助于社会的和谐与稳定。

1  广播电视台记者在媒介融合背景下进行采访形式创新的必要性

1.1 传统媒介环境对于采访形式的影响

广播电视台记者在传统媒介背景下进行采访工作时，首先需要在采访前进行采访审批，而审批流程需要一定的时间，导致新闻在采访与报道之间的时间较长，降低了新闻信息的实效性[1]。此外，由于传统媒介具有一定的时间和空间局限性，其在对受众进行新闻信息传播的方式具有一定的定向性，导致受众接受信息的范围有限，不利于信息的广泛传递。……
