摘要新时代背景下，应用型本科院校通过产教融合提升人才培养质量已成为职业教育的必然趋势。对开设动物医学专业的院校而言，探索兽医人才培养路径具有重要意义。分析了目前应用型本科院校兽医人才培养现状及存在问题，阐述了产教融合对应用型兽医人才培养提出的新要求，从加强学校与企业密切合作、创新办学机制及人才培养模式、合理设置课程及创新教学模式、提高师资质量和搭建各类平台、提高学生专业技能等方面对应用型本科院校兽医人才培养路径进行了探索。

Exploration on Veterinary TalentsTraining Path in Applied Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of Industry-education Integration

AbstractUnder the background of the new era， it has become an inevitable trend of vocational education for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of personnel training through the integration of production and education. It is of great significance to explore the training path of veterinary talents for colleges and universities offering veterinary specialty. This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of veterinary personnel training in higher vocational colleges， and expounded the new requirements for veterinary personnel training in higher vocational colleges by the integration of industry and education.The cultivation path of veterinary talents in applied undergraduate colleges was explored from the aspects of strengthening close cooperation between schools and enterprises， innovating school-running mechanism and personnel training mode， setting up courses and innovative teaching mode rationally， improving the quality of teachers， building various platforms and improving students professional skills，etc..

随着经济发展方式的转变和产业结构转型的升级，我国职业教育人才培养目标正从“高素质技能型人才”转变为“应用技术技能型人才”[1-2]。产教融合是随着经济发展而产生的针对应用型本科院校的一种新型人才培养模式，应用型本科院校将产业与教学深度结合，为提高人才培养质量而与行业企业开展深度合作，从而形成学校与企业浑然一体的新型办学模式。国务院《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》强调：“深化产教融合，鼓励行业和企业举办或参与举办职业教育，发挥企业重要办学主体作用”。2017年10月，习近平总书记在十九大报告中指出：“完善职业教育和培训体系，深化产教融合、校企合作”。2017年12月，国务院办公厅出台的《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》指出：“深化产教融合，促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接，是当前推进人力资源供给侧结构性改革的迫切要求”[3-4]。……
