摘要在全面分析了食品营养与检测专业实践教学中存在问题的基础上，从优化专业教学团队、实践教学课程体系、课程考核评价体系3个方面入手，重新构建了融合创新创业能力培养的食品营养与检测专业的实践教学体系，以实现创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程，促进学生成长成才，以期为开展更广泛和深入的专业课程创新及创业教育提供参考。

Reconstructing the Practical Teaching System Integrating with Innovation and Entrepreneurship Abilities Cultivation—Taking Food Nutrition and Testing Specialty as an Example

AbstractOn the basis of comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the practice teaching of food nutrition and testing specialty， this paper re-constructed the practice teaching system integrating with innovation and entrepreneurship abilities cultivation from three aspects of optimizing the professional teaching team， the practical teaching curriculum system and the curriculum evaluation system，so as to achieve the innovation and entrepreneurship education to integrate into the process of talent cultivation， and promote students to become talents，to provide certain references for conducting a broader and in-depth innovation and entrepreneurship education of professional curriculum.

科技创新是驱动国家经济发展的主要动力。党的十九大对中国特色社会主义进入新时代作出了重大战略判断，对人才培养提出了新要求。新时代，迫切需要培养大批真正具有引领能力的创新创业人才，服务社会主义现代化强国建设，引领未来人类文明的发展方向。创新能力成为转型发展期的主要动力源[1]。高等教育是知识创新、传播和应用的主要途径，更是培養创新创业人才的摇篮。培养大学生创新创业能力已成为高等教育的一项重要课题，更是各高校应对社会经济发展、高等教育变革，实现可持续发展的根本保障。普通高校主要面向地方招生，培养的大学生大多会选择在地方就业或自主创业，是地方国民经济和社会建设的生力军。因此，提高此类高校大学生的培养质量，培养其创新创业能力具有更重要的现实意义。……
