【摘 要】高职高专软件技术专业学生的就业问题越来越严峻，如何有效提高该专业毕业生的就业能力，已经成为当前高职高专院校软件技术专业学科建设的重点内容。针对高职高专院校软件技术专业的教学现状和软件技术行业的需求现状做出全面分析后，得出解决方案，通过软件技术专业教学体系的改革来有效提高该专业的整体水平。各地区高职高专院校软件技术专业的培养策略需要及时做出调整，提高教学水平及师资综合素质，加强学生思想教育，并不断锻炼学生的实践能力，紧跟行业发展步伐，使其掌握新技术、新工具及新理论，尽快解决这种社会需求和专业结合不紧密的矛盾，以适应当前的行业需求。为社会培养更多适应能力较强的优质人才，也为软件技术的稳定发展提供有利条件。这样才能更好服务好当地经济的发展。

【Abstract】The employment problem of software technology majors in higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more serious. How to effectively improve the employment ability of graduates has become the key content of discipline construction in Higher Vocational colleges.After making a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of teaching in Higher Vocational colleges and demand of software technology profession，the solution is obtained. Through the reform of teaching system of software technology profession to effectively improve the overall level of software technology profession in the school. The training strategies of software technology majors in higher vocational colleges need to be adjusted in time， improving teaching level and teachers'comprehensive quality， strengthening students' ideological education， constantly training students'practical ability， keeping pace with the development of the industry，Make them master new technology， new tools and new theories， and solve this contradiction between social needs and professional integration as soon as possible to meet the current needs of the industry.Not only to cultivate more high-quality talents with strong adaptability for the society， but also to provide favorable conditions for the stable development of software technology. Only in this way can we better serve the development of local economy.

0 引言

計算机的发展极大地改变了人们的工作、学习、生活等等各个方面。而软件技术的发展又为计算机的发展插上了翅膀，极大促进了计算机的发展。随着信息技术的不断完善，软件行业也在迅猛发展。各地区的高职高专院校顺应时代发展，广泛开设软件技术专业[1]，虽然整体趋势健康、快速、稳步发展，但是日益增长的软件技术行业的需求现状与高职高专院校培养的软件技术专业人才之间的矛盾与日俱增，一方面是寻求高技能、高素质软件技术开发人才的企事业单位，另一方面是大量高职高专院校待业求职的毕业生[2-3]。……
