摘  要：近年來，翻转课堂教学模式在大学教学已被广泛应用，有力地促进了我国大学课堂教学模式的革新，其中“以练代讲”式翻转课堂是国家发展和改革委提出的八大重要课堂改革模式之一，该模式对革新过去“以讲为主”的传统课堂教学方式大有裨益。《专业论文写作》是山西师范大学面向理科研究生开设的一门选修课，尽管该课程在研究生专业能力培养中的重要性不言而喻，但采用“课堂讲、课后练”或“重讲轻练”的传统教学方式，往往呈现“教师课堂拼命讲，学生课后即刻忘”的尴尬局面，课堂教学效率低、效果差的弊病难以消除，作者将以练代讲式翻转课堂应用于《专业论文写作》课程中，针对不同要求教学内容实施“先练后讲”、“讲中带练”和“讲而后练”三种教学方式，对于课程评价主要采用学生自评、小组内互评、小组间互评和教师评价等多元评价形式，在实施中一要注意充分利用“互联网+”作为互动交流的平台，二要充分发挥教师引导者和组织者的作用。实践证明，以练代讲式翻转课堂在《专业论文写作》中的教学效果十分明显。

Abstract： In recent years， flipping classroom teaching mode has been widely used in university， which has effectively promoted the innovation of Chinese university classroom teaching mode. One of the eight major classroom reform models put forward by the National Development and Reform Commission is the "practicing instead of lecturing" type of flipping classroom. This model is of great benefit to the reform of the traditional classroom teaching method of "give priority to lecturing" in the past. Professional Essay Writing is an elective course offered by Shanxi Normal University for science graduate students. Although the importance of this course in the cultivation of graduate professional competence is self-evident， it adopts "classroom lectures， after-school exercises" or "too much lecturing and too little practice" the traditional teaching method which often presents the embarrassing situation that "teachers are desperately speaking in class， and students forget immediately after class." The classroom teaching efficiency is low and the effect is poor. It is difficult to eliminate the problem. In the course of Professional Essay Writing， the three teaching methods of "first practice after lecturing"， "lecturing and practicing" and "lecturing and then practicing" are implemented for different requirements of teaching content. For the course evaluation， students' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation within the group are adopted. In the implementation， firstly we must pay attention to making full use of "Internet +" as a platform for interactive communication and secondly， we must give full play to the role of teacher guides and organizers. Practice has proved that the teaching effect of practicing the lecture-style flipping classroom in Professional Essay Writing is very obvious.
