摘  要：近年来，建设世界一流大学和一流学科，是我国作出的重大战略决策，有利于提升中国高等教育综合实力和国际竞争力。在此背景下，水产微生物学教学如果一味按照传统的讲授法，演示法等灌输式教学模式，学生只是机械地学习和模仿，很难达到双一流教学的目标。因此应该在教学中采用多种启发式教学方法，如双语教学，慕课，翻转课堂等多元现代的教学模式，强化学生的知识体系，培养学生的综合分析及解决问题的能力。

Abstract： In recent years， the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines is a major strategic decision made by China， which is conducive to enhancing the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of China's higher education. In this context， if the teaching of aquaculture microbiology is based on traditional teaching methods， demonstration methods and other infusion teaching modes， students only learn and imitate mechanically， it is difficult to achieve the goal of double first-class teaching. Therefore， a variety of heuristic teaching methods should be used in teaching， such as bilingual teaching， MOOC， flipping classrooms and other multi-modern teaching modes， strengthening the students' knowledge system， and cultivating students' comprehensive analysis and problem-solving skills.

微生物是分布最广、对人类影响深远的生物物种之一，也是最为活跃的研究领域，微生物技术对生命科学重大理论的发现、研究技术的拓展及生物工程产品的开发起着巨大的推动作用。微生物学是生物学专业的必修专业基础课。良好的微生物学教学效果可对生物学专业学生后续重要课程的学习奠定良好的基础。而作为微生物学重要分支之一的水产微生物，是当前水产养殖专业的重要课程之一，微生物与水产养殖和水产动物疾病间的关系是其研究的主要方向。本文结合“双一流”背景，通过教学内容、方法、实验内容及考核方法等方面的改进，探讨了水产微生物学教学改革策略，以期推动水产微生物教学质量与效率的提升。

一、水产微生物学教学概述
