摘  要：辅导员作为高校思想政治教育的骨干力量，对大学生的成才與发展有着重要影响，培养高素质的辅导员队伍一直是高校思政队伍建设的重要方向。文章从辅导员胜任力特征的角度出发，从心理辅导培训的重要性、理论基础和重要意义出发阐述了心理辅导是提升辅导员胜任力的重要途径，为高校建设高素质的辅导员队伍提供借鉴。

Abstract： As the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities， counselors have an important influence on the talents and development of college students. Cultivating high-quality counselors has always been an important direction for the construction of ideological and political teams in colleges and universities. In this thesis， the importance， theoretical basis and significance of psychological counseling cultivating are discussed from the perspective of the competence characteristics of counselors. Psychological counseling is an important way to improve the competency of counselors， and provides a reference for the construction of high-quality counselors in colleges and universities.

在高校大学生人数增加以及新时代教育改革的大背景下，辅导员作为大学生成长的重要引导力量，其群体特征及胜任能力的高低必将影响大学生的培养。如何选拔、培养一支高素质的辅导员队伍，一直是高校辅导员队伍建设研究的重要课题。20世纪70年代，哈佛大学心理学家麦克里兰提出胜任力特征的概念，概念一经提出就引起了学者们极大的兴趣，国内外学者针对不同的群体和领域构建不同的理论模型并基于理论模型将胜任力特征进行应用推广。2004年杨继平、顾倩首次将胜任力特征引入到高校辅导员群体的研究中，自此之后不同学者基于自身对胜任力特征以及高校辅导员工作特点的理解提出了不同的胜任力模型。这些研究为高校辅导员的招聘、选拨、培养和考核提供了大量的理论依据和实践参考，为提高辅导员的专业化和职业化水平做出了重要的贡献。然而，目前的研究大都集中在理论探索方面，而基于理论基础上的实证与应用研究非常少。……
