摘 要 “青年即未来”，青年马克思主义者是青年群体中的精英。高校肩负着对广大青年学生实施意识形态教育和开展马克思主义理论培训等重要政治任务，建立高校“青马工程”长效机制是圆满完成这一重大任务的必要举措。高校应积极探索建立“青马工程”长效机制的相关原则和具体路径，为牢牢把握在校青年意识形态主导权、助力社会主义事业发展做出新的贡献。

Abstract "Young people are the future." Young Marxists are elites in the youth group. Colleges and universities are shouldering important political tasks such as implementing ideological education and carrying out Marxist theoretical training for the majority of young students. Establishing a long-term mechanism for "the Project of Cultivating Young Marxists" in colleges and universities is a necessary measure to successfully complete this important task. Colleges and universities should actively explore the relevant principles and specific paths for the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the "The Project of Cultivating Young Marxists"， and make new and greater contributions to firmly grasp the leadership of youth ideology in schools and help the development of the socialist cause.

“青年即未来”，青年马克思主义者是青年群体中的精英，是中国特色社会主义事业发展壮大的力量之源，“实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦，需要一代又一代有志青年接续奋斗”，也需要更多的青年马克思主义者。“青马工程”，即青年马克思主义者培养工程，“青马工程”的顺利实施关系到中国特色社会主义事业的成败与否，关系到党的建设大业与中华民族复兴，是当前关键阶段的关键项目之一。高校是培养青年马克思主义者的重要阵地，肩负着对广大青年学生实施意识形态教育和开展马克思主义理论培训等重要政治任务，建立高校“青马工程”长效机制是圆满完成这一重大任务的必要举措。高校应积极探索建立“青马工程”长效机制的原则和具體路径，为牢牢把握在校青年意识形态主导权、助力社会主义事业发展做出新的贡献。

1 建立高校“青马工程”长效机制的必要性

“青马工程”，是为了实现青年马克思主义的目标，通过科学设置培养目标、培养方案、培养制度和适当的培养措施，有序实施、科学推进，力求高效完成青年马克思主义的思想政治教育工作。……
