摘 要 高校学生评教是近年来高等学校教学质量监控的重要手段之一。网上学生评教制度虽然带来了便利，但评价标准、评教主题认识不清和反馈机制不明等方面存在的问题，会导致学生评教的有效性和可信度降低。可以通过多元化的评教形式，构建合理的评价体系，调整评教反馈机制，完善评教系统技术，规范教学评教行为，更加真实体现评教结果，促进教学质量提升。

Abstract College students' evaluation of teaching is one of the important means of teaching quality monitoring in colleges and universities in recent years. Although the online student evaluation system has brought convenience， the problems of evaluation criteria， unclear evaluation of the subject of teaching and unclear feedback mechanism will lead to a decrease in the effectiveness and credibility of students' evaluation. Through a variety of evaluation forms， we can construct a reasonable evaluation system， adjust the feedback mechanism of evaluation， improve the evaluation system technology， standardize the teaching evaluation behavior， more realistically reflect the evaluation results， and promote the improvement of teaching quality.

課堂教学是高校实施日常教育教学活动最直接、最高效的途径。课堂教学的质量在很大程度上决定了大学教育的质量。课堂教学质量监控是高校教学质量监控的重要内容之一。随着网络科技的进步，网上评教具有开放性、高效性和便捷性的特点，逐渐成为高校教学质量监控的重要手段。网上学生评教的方式，不仅使学生更便捷参与教学评价工作，而且提高了学生的参与率，这也大大增加了参与评价人员的样本数量，极大地提高了评价结果的效度和信度。在网上进行评教工作是利用互联网系统和网络信息技术收集数据，并对所收集到的数据进行整理、分析和处理，能够有效地减少误差，节省人力物力。然而，利用计算机系统进行网上评教，在实际的操作过程中还存在着不少的问题需要进一步的完善和解决。当前的高等教育改革增强了精神方面的建设，从根本上提倡以人为本的教育理念。……
