摘 要 李克强总理提出“大众创业，万众创新”以来，创新创业教育被高校作为一项重要任务来抓，就业指导课程作为创新创业教育的重要途径，也应得到更多的关注。通过对就业指导课程的开设现状的分析发现，目前大部分高校的就业指导课程在开设观念、课程内容和实施过程三个方面都存在一定的不足，亟需改革，在此基础上，笔者提出针对性的改革建议，以期促进高校的就业指导课程建设与创新创业教育效果。

Abstract Since Premier Li Keqiang proposed "mass entrepreneurship， popular innovation"， innovation and entrepreneurship education has been taken as an important task by colleges and universities. As an important way of innovation and entrepreneurship education， employment guidance courses should also receive more attention. Through the analysis of the status quo of the employment guidance course， it is found that most of the employment guidance courses in colleges and universities have certain deficiencies in the three aspects of concept， course content and implementation process， and reform is urgently needed. On this basis， the author proposes reform proposals， with a view to promoting the construction of employment guidance courses and the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

0 引言

當今时代是科技迅猛发展、日新月异的时代，创新创业已成为驱动社会经济发展的强大引擎，创新是社会进步的灵魂和引领发展的第一动力，创业是推动经济社会发展、改善民生的重要途径。自2015年李克强总理在政府工作报告中提出“大众创业、万众创新”这一命题之后，“双创”作为社会各界谈论的热点，出现在公众视野中的频率越来越高。在大众创业、万众创新的浪潮中，青年大学生这一群体朝气蓬勃、精力旺盛，有着强烈的求知欲和探索精神，并且依托高校这一重要的学术资源，具有得天独厚的优势，理应成为“双创”的重要力量。众多高校在政策的导向和驱动下，日益意识到加强创新创业教育的重要意义，通过创新创业教育加快培养一批富有创新精神、勇于投身实践的创新创业人才，让学生在掌握专业知识和社会技能的同时，重视培养学生的创新创业能力，已成为当代大学的一项重要任务与使命。……
