摘 要 随着我国信息技术产业的不断发展，国家层面大力推动“大众创业，万众创新”，大学生作为实现中华复兴的预备军，高校建设大学生创新创业显得尤为重要且迫在眉睫。本文就大学生创新创业的必要性、方向与高校如何进行大学生创新创业展开几点思考。

Abstract With the continuous development of China's information technology industry， the national level vigorously promotes "mass entrepreneurship and popular innovation"， college students as a reserve army to achieve the Chinese renaissance， colleges and universities to build college students' innovation and entrepreneurship is particularly important and urgent. This paper discusses the necessity and direction of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship and how to carry out college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.

1 信息技術大学生创新创业的时代背景

1.1 风险投资机构众多

随着中国互联网蓬勃发展，大量风险投资机构和风险投资人如雨后春笋般涌出，竞相争夺互联网的红利。2017年阿里巴巴和腾讯先后站上4000亿美金市值的高峰，证明我国IT行业还有巨大的发展潜力。据不完全统计，我国风险投资机构已有上千余家。大量风险资金的存在，使得创业者的初始成本和试错成本大幅降低，激发了更多有志之士投身于创业的浪潮中，这极大地刺激了经济的发展，推动了社会的进步。在此之前，创业是件极度危险的事，一不小心就倾家荡产，往往是那些找不到工作、走头无路的人们，被逼无奈才下海经商。

风险资金的存在就解决了创业者的后顾之忧，让创业者不必再堵上全家的财产，只需要对投资机构或投资人负责。而且多次创业失败的人，投资人们反而更愿意对他投资，这是现在这个时代的特色。

1.2 IT技术开源化

在IT行业中，大量高精尖技术开源化，例如区块链、深度学习等。这极大地促进了IT行业的发展，尽管许多技术尚未成熟，但这也意味着年轻人尤其是大学生还有大量机会。……
