摘 要 小学数学在现今的教学过程中实行统一化的授课方式，未能满足学生个性化发展需求。因而致力于黄爱华与华应龙个性化教学模式的研究，探索他们在课堂教学中所体现出的“珍视群体中每一个人的发展” 的价值追求，总结他们的教育理念、个性化教学模式，为小学一线教师的教学提供理论与实践的范式，促进小学数学教师个性化教学风格的形成。

A Comparative Study of Mathematical Individuation Teaching

in Huang Aihua and Hua Yinglong Primary School

Abstract Primary school mathematics adopts a unified teaching method in the current teaching process and fails to meet the individual development needs of students. Therefore， he devoted himself to the study of Huang Aihua's and Hua Yinglong's individualized teaching model and explored their basic value pursuit of "cherish the development of everyone in the group" in class teaching， summarizing their educational concepts and individualized teaching models. It provides a theoretical and practical paradigm for the teaching of primary school teachers， and promotes the formation of personalized teaching styles for primary school mathematics teachers.

随着新课改不断地深入发展，教育教学的过程以“珍视群体中的每一个人的发展”为价值诉求，尊重学生的个性差异，用爱和赏识教育关爱每一位学生的个性发展。基于此，黄爱华与华应龙在教学的过程中传承了我国因材施教的教学思想，创设多种教学模式，为学生的多元化发展搭建平台，打破了已有班级授课制“划一式”的教学模式。二者在教学过程中从宏观层面的教育教学理念到微观层面的教育教学实践，都在一定层度上体现出了 “以学论教”的教学特色，满足了学生个性化发展的诉求。

1 关于黄爱华与华应龙小学数学个性化的教学理念研究

黄爱华与华应龙在教学过程中，始终充溢着爱的教育，用爱唤醒学生学习的激情，点燃学生智慧的火花。

1.1 黄爱华“活课堂”教学理念

黄爱华老师认为教师在教学过程中应该作为学生的适宜的点拨者、亲切的慰问者、无私的协助者、诚挚的合作者；在教学的过程中只有以学生为本，以人为本的教学内容，才是最具生命力的教学内容。……
