摘 要 在大数据的冲击下，金融工程改革势在必行。高等院校应当适应大数据时代需求，提高人才培养质量。本文旨在结合我省高校金融工程专业人才培养实际，为我省高校大数据背景下金融工程专业创新人才培养进一步研究和实践提供对策建议。

Engineering against the Background of Big Data

Abstract The reforms of financial engineering are imperative with the impact of big data. Colleges and universities should meet the needs of big data era and improve the quality of education. This paper aims to combine with the actual situation of the Liaoning province in order to provide some useful references for further advances in the fields of financial engineering development and talent trainings under the big data era.

0 引言

金融工程是一门新兴的交叉性学科。二十世纪八十年代末至九十年代初，伴随着西方发达国家金融市场的日益成熟和迅速发展，也为了提升经济金融效率、更好满足风险管理的需要，金融工程应运而生。通过利用工程化手段对金融问题给予创造性的解决，主要包括新型金融产品的开发与定价、交易策略的设计及金融风险管理等。相比较而言，国内金融工程专业起步较晚，2002年才开设本科专业，目前仍处于发展阶段。[1]对省内外各高校来说，探索教学模式的改革、培养金融工程专业创新人才、满足时代需求任重道远。

大数据时代的来临已经成为毋庸置疑的事实，各种纷杂的数据信息接踵而至，不仅对我们的工作和生活产生了非常大的影响，同时对金融工程的发展也带来了机遇和挑战。因此，如何直面大数据背景下教学改革的挑战，抓住新时代机遇培养创新人才，积极应用大数据，甄别有效信息，无疑将是我省高校在以后很长一段时间内要解决的新问题。
