摘 要 随着社会的发展和进步，我国高等职业教育得到了较好的发展，并且国民经济水平也在不断增长。这种情况之下，加强高等职业院校和相关企业的联系是非常必要的。我国大部分的高等职业院校进行校企合作，并且选取比较科学合理的相处模式，明确学校和企业的关系，具有针对性地培养应用型人才，可在很大程度上提高高职院校的学生就业率，也为企业培养了优秀的技术人才。本文主要分析高等职业教育校企合作模式之下进行人才培养的几个重要关系和重要内容。

Several Relations that Need to be Grasped in the Cultivation of

"Cooperation between School and Enterprise" in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract With the development and progress of society， higher vocational education in our country has got better development， and the level of national economy is growing. In this context， strengthening the links between higher vocational institutions and related enterprises is essential. Most higher vocational colleges and universities in our country cooperate with enterprises， choose a scientific and reasonable way to get along with each other， make clear the relationship between the school and the enterprise， and train the application-oriented talents. This paper mainly analyzes several important relations and contents of personnel training under the cooperative mode of higher vocational education.

在我国，高等职业教育能够培养一批又一批的高素质专业人才，这些技术人才在企业当中发挥自身的专业技能和优秀素质。这种模式之下促进了高等职业教育的发展，与此同时有利于我国国民经济的增长。学校和企业之间进行合作，促进高等职业教育的不断改革和更新，不断地吸收经验形成一种良性的发展状况。由此看来，必须注重高职院校实行校企合作的几个关系，这样才能够实现更好的发展。

1不同专业与企业发展之间的关系

实行校企合作模式必须注重的一个关系就是高等职业院校设置的专业和当地企业发展的关系。高等职业学校当地的社会经济不断发展和变化，相关的产业应运而生，这就给高等职业院校专业设置提供了参考价值。……
