【摘 要】“以学生为中心”的教学模式是高等教育发展的必然趋势，是提高高等教育质量，培养创新人才的必然要求。本文主要论述了在城市规划原理课程教学过程中实行“以学生为中心”的教学理念，对教学内容、教学方法、教学模式和考核方式各个教学环节进行有效设计，构建高效的教学体系，以激发学生学习的热情，培养学生的创新意识。

【Abstract】It is an inevitable trend to using the student centered teaching mode in the development of higher education. This teaching mode is also the requirement to improve the quality of higher education and cultivate innovative talents. This paper mainly discusses the teaching idea of "student centered" in the course of urban planning principle. The effectively practice methods of this teaching mode is teaching content， teaching method， teaching mode and examination mode are presented. An efficient teaching system is constructed. As a result， the enthusiasm of students' learning is stimulated and the students' innovation ability is also cultivated.

国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）中把育人为本作为教育工作的根本要求。提出人力资源是我国经济社会发展的第一資源，教育是开发人力资源的主要途径。要以学生为主体，以教师为主导，充分发挥学生的主动性，把促进学生健康成长作为学校一切工作的出发点和落脚点[1]。这就要求高等教育工作者必须改变传统的以课本为中心、教师为中心和课堂为中心的教学模式，向以学生为中心、学习为中心和学习过程为中心的新三中心转变，践行以学生为中心的现代高等教育理念，真正关注学生的学习，提高高等教育质量，培养创新人才。
