摘 要：文章介绍了移动互联网背景下的大学教育改变，MOOC对大学课堂教学的冲击和翻转课堂教学过程，提出了一种MOOC视频运用方式，针对我国高等教育的具体情况，改进了翻转课堂教学过程的课内教学环节，描述了活性化课堂教学的组织形式和实施策略。

Abstract： This paper introduces the change of university education， the impact of MOOC on college education and the teaching process of the flipped classroom under the background of mobile internet. A new way of using MOOC video is introduced to improve teaching efficiency of the flipped classroom. In view of the specific conditions of Chinese higher education， the process of flipped classroom is improved. In addition， teaching organization and the implementation strategies for activating classroom are described.

一、移動互联网背景下的大学教育

互联网信息时代，越来越发达的网络技术改变了人们的学习方式，甚至形成了人们新的学习习惯。在日常生活中我们经常可以看到一个人面对一个新知识或新事物时，首先想到的不再是向老师或同学（同事）请教，而是先利用网络“百度”一下，或查一下维基百科。通过信息通信技术和互联网平台，让互联网与传统教育行业进行深度交汇融合，发展和创造了教育新生态[1]。利用多媒体技术、网络技术、大数据技术等现代信息技术手段，从各方面深刻变革教育的理念、手段和方式，更有效均衡地优化配置教学资源，从而顺应信息时代，塑造一个更加开放创新的教育环境[2]。

移动互联网（Mobile Internet）是通过把移动通信网络与互联网络结合，使智能手机、平板电脑等智能移动终端可以访问互联网，人们能够随时随地从互联网获取信息和服务的新兴业态。智能移动终端的移动性、实时性、易用性、使用广泛性等特点，使通过网络获取知识的学习方式能够不受时间和空间限制而随时随地进行。……
